the answer is P because to chose 10 variables from n variables is polynomial, but $\sum\limits_{i=0}^n{ {n \choose i} } = 2^n$ , so addition is not going to work…

The answer is that the problem is in P, because all we have to check is the assignments that give T for 10 variables. But now, when this problem can be solved in poly-time, we can solve SAT just by checking if there is an assignment of 1, 2, 3….n T variables and accept if one of these accepts. All procedures are poly over fi and the sum of poly procedures must be poly too, or am I wrong?
